description
SIDE GUIDE FOR ROLLER SHUTTERS AND JALOUSIA TECHNICAL AREA
The invention relates to devices for closing wall openings, especially shutters and blinds, where a special side guide is used.
STATE OF THE ART
Shutters and blinds usually have a curtain of parallel slats, which are rolled up or mounted in the form of a stack above the wall opening to be closed. If necessary, the slats can be lowered on both sides guided by rails, whereby they engage by means of projections or guide nipples in the rails. In general, the extensions widen in the direction of their free ends and can thus interact with undercuts on the guide rails.
Although the undercuts prevent slipping out of the extensions, but also impede their introduction from the front. This makes the installation of the roller shutter considerably more difficult. Therefore, solutions have been sought in the past, which allow not only a safe guidance of the slats but also an introduction of the extensions from the front into the rail.
Known approaches provide for the use of an insert rail, which is inserted after mounting the guide or mounting rail from below in this. From AT 412 299 B, for example, a device for shading a wall opening is known, which has parallel lamellae with lateral guide lugs. The guide lugs engage behind an undercut guide groove in lateral guide rails, which are composed of a support rail and at least one insert rail. The insert rail can be inserted in the longitudinal direction of the slats in the support rail and forms the undercut guide. However, it must be divided into two, so that a shift of the same along the mounting rail is provided above the guide lugs.
Conceptually similar, but simpler is the proposed in AT 414 008 B solution, which also provides the displacement of the insert rail along the mounting rail, but this requires due to the flexibility of the insert rail no bipartite same.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
It is the object of the present invention to provide a device for closing a wall opening, in particular a window or a door, which is easy to assemble and inexpensive to manufacture. Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description.
PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
The above object is achieved according to the invention by a device according to claim 1. In particular, it is a device for closing a wall opening (eg window or door) with: - a curtain with guide nipples (or generally: extensions), in particular a retractable or rollable curtain, which is advantageously formed of parallel lamellae, - two parallel guide rails, each having a guide groove for receiving the guide nipple, and per guide groove: - a guide rail piping (or in general: guide rail ), as well as a lateral groove extending along the guide groove for receiving the guide rail welt, wherein, the guide groove and the lateral groove of the same Direction transverse to the longitudinal direction or the longitudinal axis of the guide rail are accessible.
When the guide groove and the lateral groove are accessible from the front, then the guide rail piping can be installed after the mounting of the guide rail and without displacement along the guide groove. The construction is considerably simplified.
Embodiments of the inventive device and parts thereof will be described below, wherein the said preferred features - insofar as they do not exclude - can be implemented in any combination.
Said device advantageously has a rollable or retractable curtain, in particular a curtain of slats, which are advantageously aligned parallel to each other. According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention, the device is a roller shutter or a blind.
Preferably, the guide groove narrows from the inside and / or the farthest from the opening to the opening or to the edges of the opening. The opening width can be greater than or equal to the maximum width of the guide nipple on the curtain, so that they can be inserted from the front into the guide groove. The extension of the guide groove against the inside gives the guide nipples more space for their movement along the guide groove. In addition, material can be saved when the guide extends below the side groove. Furthermore, this measure prevents the guide nipples from touching the insides of the guide groove during operation of the device. Instead, they are guided through the guide rail piping. Since the guide rail piping are advantageously made entirely or partially of plastic, so a noise reduction is achieved.
The lateral groove is arranged laterally of the guide groove and extends with advantage parallel or substantially parallel to the guide groove. Furthermore, it is preferred if the lateral groove is arranged outside the guide groove, in particular laterally of the edges which define the opening of the guide groove.
As described, the guide groove and the lateral groove are accessible from the same direction or from the same side of the guide rail ago. This refers preferably the accessibility both from outside the lateral groove and (at the same time) from outside the guide groove. The accessibility to the guide groove is advantageously in the ability to introduce the guide nipple of the curtain, and the accessibility to the lateral groove is preferably in the way to introduce the guide rail piping in this. In the mentioned direction is a direction transverse to the longitudinal axis of the guide groove or the guide rail or at right angles to said longitudinal axis. Advantageously, it is the same direction in which the guide nipples of the curtain extend or the direction parallel to the longitudinal axes of the slats when the curtain is made of lamellae.
According to an alternative definition, the opening of the guide groove and the opening of the lateral groove in the same direction and are advantageously arranged side by side and / or parallel to each other and / or at a distance to each other. It could also be said that a plane is defined by the upper or outer edges of the guide groove and by the upper or outer edges of the lateral groove and that these planes are arranged parallel or substantially parallel to each other or at an angle of less than 45 ° , In particular, less than 30 ° or 15 ° to each other.
The guide rail piping is thus advantageous in the direction in which extend the guide nipple of the curtain, inserted into the lateral groove. Furthermore, it is preferable to remove it from the lateral groove in the opposite direction and / or if the lateral groove and the guide rail welt are detachably connectable to each other, for example, AT12 943U1 2013-02-15. by a locking mechanism.
In known solutions, it is necessary to push the guide rail piping from behind in the region of the blind behind or over the guide nipple, which complicates the assembly. In contrast, the novel lateral guide grooves allow the guide rail piping to be inserted over its entire length from the front into the lateral groove. A displacement parallel to the longitudinal axis of the guide rail is no longer or only to a small extent necessary. The lateral grooves according to the invention are readily accessible at all times. Since, for this reason - in contrast to the prior art - no special mounting system and thus no parts sections specially designed guide rail is needed, simplifies their production. The guide rail according to the invention may be shaped the same over its entire length, i. have a cylindrical shape (in a generally geometric sense).
The device is advantageously designed so that the lateral groove is also accessible or remains when in the adjacent part of the guide groove is a guide nipple, i. E. the guide nipple does not prevent accessibility to the lateral groove. During assembly, therefore, only the guide nipple can be introduced into the guide before the guide rail piping is subsequently placed in the lateral groove. The insertion of the guide nipple and the guide rail welt can be done from the same direction, which is a simplification in terms of assembly.
The outer dimensions of the guide rail welt preferably correspond (substantially) to the inner dimensions of the lateral groove.
The guide rail piping advantageously has a first and a second part, which (preferably at the edge and / or along its longitudinal side) are interconnected, wherein the first part is movable in the direction of the second part. It is desirable if there is a gap between the first and second parts and / or that the first and second parts are spaced apart on one side. During the movement of the first part towards the second part, this distance is reduced or the gap is reduced. Preferably, the first part is arranged at an angle to the second part. The angle is preferably pointed and / or is from 5 ° to 80 °, preferably from 10 ° to 50 °.
According to another preferred embodiment variant, the second part on the side facing away from the first part of a projection or an edge. The projection or the edge preferably runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the guide rail welt. It may also be advantageous if the longitudinal axes of the projection or the edge and the longitudinal axis of the guide rail welt are parallel. The projection or the edge may extend over the entire length of the guide rail welt or be interrupted at regular intervals.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the guide rail piping has a third part. The third and the second part are connected to one another (preferably at the edge and / or along their longitudinal side). It may be advantageous if the above-mentioned projection or edge is arranged on the side of the second part facing away from the third part. Furthermore, the second and the third part can be arranged at an angle of 30 ° to 150 °, in particular 50 ° to 130 ° and particularly preferably 70 ° to 110 ° to each other. This is due to the transfer of force described below to the projections on the second part when the guide nipples are pressed against the third part.
The first and third parts preferably extend (starting from their respective juncture with the second part) to the same side of the second part (or away from the same side of the second part), the first and third parts preferably converging , The said side is preferably the side which is remote from the said projection or from the edge. Thus, the first and third parts extend in opposite or substantially opposite directions as compared to the projection or the edge (starting from the second part).
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the free longitudinal side of the third part or the side facing away from the second part of the longitudinal side forms a sliding surface for contact with the guide nipples of the curtain. For this purpose, it may be advantageous if the third part widens towards the free end of the longitudinal side mentioned or the longitudinal side is thickened. Advantageously, one longitudinal side of the third part is connected to the second part, while the opposite free longitudinal side forms the sliding surface for the guide nipple of the curtain.
If guide nipples of the blind are now located in a partial region of the guide groove, they press on the guide rail towards the third part of the guide rail welt when moving. Due to the above-described arrangement of the third part relative to the projection, the projection is pressed into the recess described below in the lateral groove, thus preventing the guide rail welt from falling out. If no pressure is exerted on the guide rail piping by the guide nipples, the first part assumes the task of holding the projection in the recess (see below).
The first, second and third parts are preferably arranged parallel to one another. The connection points between the first and the second and between the second and the third part are preferably on straight lines, wherein the straight lines are preferably aligned parallel to each other and / or to the longitudinal axes of the first and / or second and / or third part.
Furthermore, it is preferred if the first and the second part are divided along the longitudinal axis of the guide rail welt into several sections. The first and the second part can for this purpose have a plurality of extending over the entire width of sub-bridges. The sub-bridges on the first part go with advantage in Unterbräche the second part over. The sub-bridges are preferably distributed over the length of the guide rail welt and arranged at regular intervals from one another, in particular at intervals of 2 to 10 cm, preferably 3 to 8 cm or 4 to 6 cm. Preferably, the sections are connected to each other via the third part (preferably only over the third part). It is also advantageous if at least the third part extends over the entire length of the guide rail welt and in particular has no interruptions. If the guide rail piping is made of a flexible material, so it can be rolled up thanks to the Unterbräche.
According to an advantageous variant of the first and the third part are not directly, but connected to each other via the second part. In particular, the free longitudinal side of the first part may be arranged at a distance from the third part. The distance is preferably at least: 0.5 mm, 1 mm or 1.5 mm. This ensures the mobility of the first part in the direction of the second part.
According to another preferred variant, the guide rail and / or the guide rail piping is cylindrical. The base of said cylinder in the case of the guide rail welt advantageously forms (substantially) a triangle with two unconnected sides (first and third parts) and a protruding side (third part). The first, second and / or third part preferably has a cylindrical shape with a substantially rectangular base and top surface, wherein the third part may additionally have said thickening and the second part may additionally have said projection. The second part together with the first or the third part advantageously forms a cylinder with a V-shaped or U-shaped base or top surface.
The guide rail piping is preferably fastened by means of a latching mechanism in the lateral groove. It is desirable that the lateral groove for this purpose has an undercut or depression parallel to its longitudinal axis. The undercut or depression is preferably arranged on the inner side of the lateral groove which is further or furthest from the guide groove and / or its opening. An arrangement on the guide groove facing the inside of the lateral groove is advantageous. Thus, the projection on the second part of the guide rail-Keders is pressed upon contact of the third part with the guide nipples of the curtain in the recess and prevents the falling out of the guide rail welt. The depression or undercut advantageously extends over the entire length of the lateral groove.
It has proved to be advantageous if the lateral groove has a narrower from the groove opening inwards (or to the farthest from the opening part) narrowing shape. Particularly preferred is a sectional (substantially) V-shaped or U-shaped lateral groove. This facilitates, among other things, the insertion of the guide rail welt and makes the guide rail more compact.
Advantageously, a lateral groove of the type described is provided on both sides of the guide groove. These are preferably arranged parallel to the guide groove. In addition, the two lateral grooves are advantageously mirror-symmetrical to each other.
According to a further embodiment variant, the free ends of the guide nipple of the curtain on a width which is less than the defined by the edges of the guide groove opening width of the guide groove. The said width is preferably greater than the defined by the guide rail keder, reduced opening width of the guide. The guide nipples taper with advantage (at least on a leg) from their free end to the connection with the curtain. The said measures ensure that the free end of the guide nipple is held in the guide groove after the engagement of the guide rail welt.
If only one side of the guide groove, a lateral groove is provided, it is advantageous if the guide groove on the opposite side has an undercut or an overhang. The guide nipples are then held on one side by the undercut and on the other side by the guide rail piping in the guide groove. This represents a further simplification in terms of assembly and can also contribute to the stability of the device, since the movement of the guide nipple out of the guide rail is prevented by the more stable undercut (compared to the guide rail welt), while the guide rail piping itself primarily serves to push the guide nipple in the direction of the undercut.
In summary, it can be said that a device according to the invention is particularly advantageous when it is distinguished by the fact that - a second guide rail piping is provided, - that the lateral groove is arranged on one side of the guide groove and that on the other side of the guide groove, a second lateral groove is provided for receiving the second guide rail welt, [0040] the guide rail welt can be inserted into the lateral grooves in the direction in which the guide nipples extend, [0041] FIG. - That the guide rail piping each have a projection or an edge on one side and that they each have on one of the aforementioned side opposite side a resilient element and a part which forms a sliding surface for the contact with the guide nipples, that the lateral grooves on one of the guide groove facing inside each vert have a recess or an undercut, which can cooperate with the projection or the edge on the guide rail Keder, and that they each have an abutment surface on an opposite inner side, which can cooperate with the resilient element on the guide rail Keder, and [0043] - That preferably, the maximum distance between the sliding surface and the projection or the edge is greater than the maximum distance between the resilient element and the projection or the edge of Austrian Patent Office AT 12 943 Ul 2013-02-15.

It is further disclosed a mounting bracket, which is indeed usable with other types of guide rails, but is preferably used in combination with the previously described guide rail. The mounting bracket may thus form part of a (i.e., preferably the described) device for closing a wall opening.
Such a mounting bracket has a fastener defining a plane that extends in an x-direction and at right angles thereto in a y-direction (that is, defines an x-y coordinate plane, as it were). The fastener is used to attach the mounting bracket to a horizontal building part, e.g. the upper part of a window or door opening. It has fastening means, e.g. Drilling on. Advantageously, the fastening element is designed plate-shaped and / or made of a metal plate and / or the two largest, bounded by edges or bends surfaces of the fastener have (substantially) a constant distance from each other. In addition, the surfaces mentioned are preferably arranged parallel to one another. The length of the fastening element is preferably 10 to 30 cm, in particular 15 to 25 cm. Its width or the width of said surfaces is preferably 1 to 10 cm, in particular 1.5 to 7 or 2 to 5 cm. The longitudinal edges of the fastener are curved with advantage.
At two mutually (preferably transversely to the longitudinal axis of the fastener) opposite edges of the fastener an arm is provided in each case. The 7/15 Austrian Patent Office AT 12 943 U1 2013-02-15
Arms are used to connect the mounting bracket with guide rails. It is desirable if, for this purpose, they have connecting means at their free end, e.g. Holes, clamping means, latching means, etc. The arms are arranged either on opposite or - which is preferred - at the same longitudinal end of the fastening element. Advantageously, the two arms (at least in the connection region with the fastening element) extend away from the fastening element both in the x-direction and in the y-direction and in a z-direction (direction of the normal vector of the above-mentioned plane). According to an alternative definition, the arms (at least in the region of connection to the fastening element) extend along vectors which point away from the fastening element and have an x-component, a y-component and a z-component which are not equal to zero. According to a further alternative definition, the point furthest away from the fastening element of an arm is arranged in the z-direction and at the same time in the x-direction and / or y-direction away from the fastening element. Thus, a straight line through said point and parallel to the normal vector of the plane does not intersect the fastener. Between the plane and said point remains a free space which adjoins the said plane and extends at least 3 mm, in particular at least 5 or 10 or 20 mm in the direction of said point. The space provides space for the coating material described below. The arms preferably lift off the plane starting from their connection points with the fastening element and / or extend at least on a section (length at least: 0.5 or 1 or 2 cm) at an angle (preferably 5-80 ° or 10). 70 ° or 30-60 °) to the plane. Advantageously, the two largest surfaces of an arm bounded by edges or bends are (essentially) at a constant distance from one another. Furthermore, it may be advantageous if the two arms and the part of the fastening element connecting them together have (substantially) a U-shape or a C-shape. The arms are preferably shaped so that the longitudinal axes of the guide rails attached thereto in the extension do not intersect the fastener. Furthermore, it may be advantageous if the arms form support surfaces at a distance (preferably: 5-15 cm, in particular 6 to 12 cm) from the fastening element. The bearing surfaces are facing the fastener and preferably aligned parallel thereto. They can serve the support of an upper rail or a support channel for a roller shutter or a blind. For this purpose, the arms may extend toward each other at the said distance from the fastening element on a section forming the bearing surface.
Advantageously, the mounting bracket or at least the fastening element and the arms of a metal piece, in particular a metal plate is made.
It is often the case that the part of the building to which the mounting bracket is to be attached has previously been provided with a coating, e.g. Plaster or paint, has been provided. If the application of the coating does not work exactly, the coating material accumulates in corners. This means that mounting brackets, as known from the prior art, can no longer be pushed flush into the corner or hang obliquely after attachment, which can prevent the proper functioning of a blind to be attached to it. The construction described above has the advantage that deposits in building corners during assembly no longer pose a problem, as by the inclinations on the mounting bracket in the appropriate places remains space.
Terms in this document should preferably be understood as one of ordinary skill in the art would understand. In particular, in the event of ambiguity, the definitions of terms used in this document are preferred as an alternative. 8/15 Austrian Patent Office AT 12 943 U1 2013-02-15
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
The invention will be explained by way of example with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 2 shows a guide rail 41 with a guide groove 43 and two lateral grooves 45, which run parallel to the guide groove 43. The guide groove 43 serves to receive guide nipples 15, which are e.g. attached to the slats of a shutter or other hangings. The guide nipple 15 have at their end remote from the curtain on a head or a thickening. The dimensions of the head (transverse to the longitudinal axis of the guide groove 43 and transverse to the longitudinal axis of the guide nipple 15) are smaller than the opening width of the guide groove 43, so that the head from the front (transverse to the longitudinal axis of the guide groove 43) can be inserted into this. A preferred opening width of the guide groove is 0.5 to 3 cm, in particular 1 to 2 cm or 1.3 to 1.7 cm. In order to prevent the guide nipple 15 from slipping out of the guide groove 43, guide rails 21 are provided on both sides which extend further to the guide nipples 15 than the edges of the guide groove 43. FIG. 2 shows no such guide rail piping only the lateral grooves 45, in which they are to be used. An example of a guide rail welt 21 is shown in FIG. The minimum distance between the guide rail cords 21 (after insertion into the lateral grooves 45) is thus preferably smaller than the opening width of the guide groove 43 and / or smaller than the above-mentioned dimensions of the head. The guide rail welt 21 (see Fig.1) is designed approximately triangular in section, wherein two sides of the triangle are not connected to each other. It has three parts 23, 25 and 27, the first and second parts 23 and 25 and the second and third parts 25 and 27 being connected to each other on one of their longitudinal sides (i.e., longer narrow sides). The first and the second part 23 and 25 include an acute angle 33, wherein the free longitudinal side of the first part 23 can be moved toward the second part 25. According to an alternative definition, the distance between the first part 23 and the second part 25 can be reduced or the first part 23 is designed to be resilient. On the side facing away from the first part 23 of the second part 25, a projection 29 is provided which extends parallel to the longitudinal side of the second part 25. The second and third parts 25 and 27 enclose an angle 35, the third part 27 being arranged on the same side of the second part 25 as the first part 23. It could also be said that the first and third parts 23 and 27 are is advantageously arranged on the same side of the plane defined by the second part 25, while said projection 29 is arranged on the other side of the plane or the other side of the second part 25. According to another alternative definition, the first and third parts 23 and 27 converge from their connection to the second part 25, i. they strive towards each other. The free longitudinal side of the third part 27 has a thickening 31, which forms a sliding surface for the guide nipple 15 of the curtain. Since the sliding surface and the projection 29 point in opposite directions, the projection 29 is pressed in contact with the sliding surface with the guide nipples 15 in the recess 47 on the inside of the lateral groove 45, thus preventing the sliding out of the guide rail Keders 21 from the lateral groove 45. Those parts of the guide rails-Keders 21, which are not in contact with the guide nipples 15 (at 9/15 Austrian Patent Office AT 12 943 U1 2013-02-15 pulled-up curtain), are in terms of falling out of the side Groove 45 exposed to a lower load, since they do not have to hold the guide nipple 15 in the guide groove 43. A movement of the projection 29 out of the recess 47 can be prevented in this case by the back pressure, which is exerted by the first part 23 against the inner wall of the lateral groove 45. So that the guide rail edge 21 can be removed from the lateral groove 45, the first part 23 and the projection 29 are movable toward each other. However, the function of the projection 29 can also be taken over by the edge formed by the second and the third part 25 and 27. In this case, the lateral groove 45 preferably has at the upper edge a projection or an undercut which can cooperate with the edge in order to prevent the guide rail welt 21 from sliding out. Although a triangular shape of the guide rail-Keders 21 is preferred, in principle, another form of the guide rail-Keders 21 is conceivable. The three parts 23, 25 and 27 do not have to be arranged at an angle to each other, but can also merge without edges, and e.g. on average form a snail shape. Also, a projection 29 or an edge for engaging a recess 47 or a protrusion on the lateral groove 45 is advantageously provided, and (on the other side of the guide rail welt 21) is on the projection 29 and the edge movable and / or resilient element available. The sliding surface and the resilient element are preferably located on the side facing away from the projection 29 side of the guide rail-Keders 21st
Figures 3 and 4 show guide rails 41 (with inserted guide rail cords 21) of the type mentioned above, which are connected to a mounting bracket 51. The connection takes place via two arms 55 on the mounting bracket, which are connected to a fastening element 53. The fastener 53 is used to secure the mounting bracket 51 to a horizontal part of the building above an opening (e.g., window or door) and for this purpose has fasteners 59 in the form of bores. In essence, the fastener 53 is made of a metal plate which is curved at the longitudinal edges. At one longitudinal end, the two arms 55 are provided opposite each other for connection to the guide rails 41. The guide rails for this purpose have connecting means 49 in the form of openings, in which the free ends of the arms 55 can be accommodated. The arms 55 and the fastener 53 in this example are made in one piece from a metal plate (e.g., steel or aluminum) with the arms angled away from the fastener 53. In this case, it is preferable if they are arranged (at least in the connection region) at an obtuse angle to the fastening element 53. In the embodiment shown, the arms 55 extend from the fastener 53 simultaneously in all three spatial directions or dimensions away from the fastener 53, i. outwards, backwards and downwards, or in extension of the narrow side (outside) and in extension of the longitudinal sides (back) of the fastener 53 away, as well as the underside away (bottom). So remains above the guide rails 41 space.
